To supply a San Remo 4kW multi fuel stove with stove pipe and fit the stove and register plate into a prepared opening with a hearth in place, including a
rosette and co detector would cost
£698.00 + vat
We would need to sweep & HETAS smoke test before fitting. This would cost £40.00 + vat to sweep and £60.00 + vat extra for the HETAS smoke test. The only time this would cost more is if there was a birds nest or any blockages. This offer is for a property up to two storey.
If the chimney failed the HETAS smoke test then the chimney would need a stainless steel liner fitting which would cost extra.
Fitted by HETAS Engineers, who are qualified to sign off their work, you do not need a Building Inspector.
The prepared opening needs to be able to accommodate the stove and the air space around the stove has to have 2inches of air space from the back, 6inches of air space each side of the stove and a minimum of 12inches of non combustible hearth from the glass door.
You need to check with your Local Authority if you are in a smokeless zone.
Although we do not have a showroom, you are more than welcome to visit our Head Office at Euxton, Chorley to view the stove. We are open from 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
